Returns Policy
ONLINE RETURNS. (DISTANCE SELLING)
In the event that you aren't completely satisfied and would like an exchange or refund please contact us at chicaccessoriesltd@gmail.com so that we can authorise a return. Returns must be authorised and received back with us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, complete with tags.
For hygiene reasons some items, such as earrings, cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Items can be returned to store in Ashbourne, Bakewell or Buxton.
Delivery charges will only be refunded if the item is faulty or incorrect. Otherwise we will refund or exchange the item, less the original delivery charge.
Please allow up to 10 working days for refund to be processed and the money to reach your account.
Unfortunately we do not offer free return postage for unwanted/unsuitable purchases.
If the item received is faulty/damaged/incorrect return postage charges will be refunded.
As a seller we aren't responsible for fair wear and tear, so we aren't obliged to offer a refund or exchange for goods that have become worn over time.
IN STORE RETURNS POLICY
We are happy to exchange or give credit to any unwanted purchases from any one of our Derbyshire stores. Our credit notes have no expiry date.
All returned items must be in a re-sellable condition complete with tags.
